Employee ERP and student management are being built in phases. An online lecture platform is a later expansion plan; no confirmed performance figures are available yet.

The existing hosting and deployment structure limited future service expansion.
Consultation, enrollment, courses and attendance data were scattered across tools and manual processes.
A foundation was needed to expand offline operations into online education.

We review Cafe24 assets, data and staff workflows to decide what to keep and what to replace.
Migrate the operational foundation
We progressively build AWS infrastructure and deployment, monitoring and backup processes.
Connect workflow data
We design consultation, enrollment, courses, attendance and learning records around shared data.
